(i think) or maybe too much high knees untill my thighs cannot take it? but cannot be cause i know my technique is the worse no high knees no arm swing. i'll work on it. ^^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;today Friday 9th feb(relay trainings!)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i did 5x80m passing&lt;br /&gt;2 full runs (3rd runner/1st runner)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today was so unexpected i could actually run where everyone was feeling tired.&lt;br /&gt;speed improving? i hope so ^^ wahahahahas quite happy though.. =X&lt;br /&gt;but after the 5x80m runs, i experience the same 'cramp' in my left thigh.. i don't want it.. i  cant run properly with it. and i hate my stride lengths =X&lt;br /&gt;my start was slow when i was the 1st runner. i could see infront everybody was like one step to the ground already whereas my legs are stil hanging in the air. it's too slow =X hope i can improve more =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i can do better&lt;br /&gt;it's just the beginning =X&lt;br without)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;8x80m one leg hop-run(alternate leg after each time)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;practically training wasn't very very tiring until want to die those kind. but i was quite breathless after every run. my arms cannot swing far back and biy as usual but when running without weights i tried to push my arms as far as i can and after that run, both my shoulders felt as though they are going to be dislocated soon. =X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;as for the ong leg hop run, my and JY took so long trying to get it right but i find it quite hard and wasnt sure whether i'm doing the correct thing a not. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;just trying my best but not the best of my best =X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div couldn't pass ti JY and szee and i felt so guilty having them run for nothing. my left thigh is tight i almost couldnt run anymore.. i couldnt start properly i couldnt start on time i slowed down.. argh i felt so horrible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;as for the 200m it was the most disgusting run i almost lose to a sec 1. how pathetic i was argh.. totally not in style="font-size:78%;"&gt;2x250m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;3x20 human lift&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;3x15 butt kick&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;3x20 push ups&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;training was quite okay except for the last set of 100m i had but ache and felt as thou i'm running on the spot. i think i kick my back legs too back in the butt and was not moving at all. i felt slow and my timing was horrible for the last set =X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;as for the 250m i had huge latic acid formed inside my left thigh and calfs. as usual my timing was bad for the second run but the first one i felt it was quite okay until sze ran and got her timing then i realised i'm so far back.. then my whole 'moral'? gone way down.. overall i think i need to work more on my strides and of cause the arms as well.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;this blog took me 3++hours to only
